The theory of vertex (operators) algebra and quantum theory is of significant importance in current mathematics and physics. It has wide applications in pure and applied mathematics and theoretical physics. The main aim of organizing this summer school is to provide young researchers with a deep understanding of these advanced concepts, preparing them for active research in this field shortly.
In this course, we start with an elementary introduction to the theory of vertex (operator) algebras and exhibit many concrete and important examples. The lecturer will try to make the course as self-contained as possible.
This program has been made possible with the financial support of the International Mathematical Union (IMU) and the Iran National Science Foundation (INSF), for which we sincerely thank them.

The registration is free of charge. We encourage the following to participate in this school:
- All researchers of the IPM
- All young researcher
- All students (PhD and MSc)
- All faculty members

During registration, please select "Waived" in the "Payment Type" section, and then upload a copy of your ID-card in the "Bank Receipt" section of the registration portal. Remember the following information:
If you select "Waived", you might notice that the mandatory "Payment Fee" remains inactive. If this happens, first select "Half" or "Full" from the "Payment Type" section to refresh the page. Then, you can select "Waived" again to refresh the page once more. After doing this, "Payment Fee" should become optional.

We are seeking financial resources to offer housing allowances for people who are not from Isfahan. Therefore, we ask those who are interested and do not live in Isfahan to regularly check the portal for relevant information.
